There are no adjustments on a HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM.
The clutch disc is ether worn out, or the clutch slave cylinder is going bad.
Is the clutch master cylinder full of fluid ?? If not there is a leak in the system, and you are not depressing the throw out bearing far enough. and that makes it hard to shift.
