At the base of the carburetor are 2 screws. One adjusts the idle speed and the other adjusts the idle mixture. Screw the idle mixture in until the engine starts missing then screw it out 1 turn. Then, adjust the idle speed screw to about 850 RPM.
Fuel mixture can not be adjusted it is computer controled.You can adjust the idle by removing the cover where throttle cable attaches to the throttle body and turning adjustment screw

Under the hood on top of the light there should be a a plastic screw that is the height ajustment.
your fuel mixtures along with everything else that is controled by a censore can be adjusted by getting into the computer and reprogramming the motor. but if you are going for better fuel economy then replace the oxygine censore or also known as the o2 censore.
