Since yours is a year newer than mine I'm guessing it follows similar principle. Idle controls are actually all electronic. There is no real way to alter the computerized idle speed of the car. If it is dying when you stop check the vacuum hoses. If it shudders while idling it could just be the car or it could be busted motor mounts. When sitting still the car does tend to vibrate pretty well. It's just how the car is though.
