GM vehicles do not have a fuel shut off/inertia switch
You do not ,you replace it .
There isn't a neutral safety switch but a clutch switch that is located under the dash on the clutch pedal.
If you are referring to an inertia switch for the fuel pump, no.

To override a neutral safety switch, locate it (it should be at the base of the steering column) and remove the green and brown wire. Connecting these two wires together will bypass the safety switch and your reverse lights will turn on.
The neutral safety switch is part of the transmission range sensor and is not adjustable. It is mounted on the valve body inside the transmission.
it does not have a safety switch you can reset. If the ecm (engine control module) detects no rpms it shuts down the fuel pump.
