Click on the Make A Baby app on your home page, then wait intill it's loaded then, on the top of the app's home, click the "Adopt" Tab, and then select the baby you want, go to the baby's profile, and on top of the baby, it should say "Adopt This Baby" Click on the link and then the baby's yours
