You have to be a member or have the required amount of Pixie Diamonds, then go to Beck's Animal Nursery, located in Springtime Orchard. Choose the pet you want (bee, hummingbird, ladybug, dragonfly, or firefly), then you will be able to name it as you did with your fairy, choosing from a list. You have now bought your lovely pet.
