"Why should we hire you" is the other side of "Why am I applying to work here". You must want the job or you would not have applied. Tell them of your ambitions and why their job advert attracted you. Tell them why you and your skills will be of benefit to them. Do not be boastful and if possible back up what you say with evidence.
Remember an interview is not a test, what they are looking for is a pleasant person who is articulate and capable of cogent reasoning there is no "rite" answer.

∙ 17y agoHere you have every right, and perhaps an obligation, to toot your own horn and be a bit egotistical. Talk about your record of getting things done, and mention specifics from your resume or list of career accomplishments. Say that your skills and interests, combined with this history of getting results, make you valuable. Mention your ability to set priorities, identify problems, and use your experience and energy to solve them. cause in know that i have a potential that your company find in a employee.

Make sure to say something that sounds productive. Such as,"I think this will be a great experience for me. I've always wanted to work in this field!" Even if you don't want to.
