How do you answer the questions in a job interview?

You would say that you have a great attention to detail and keep errors to a minimum. You can't say that you will never make mistakes because you are human (and even machines make mistakes!) You may also want to add to this a scenario where a mistake is made and then tell the interviewer what you wouold do in the event that such a mistake would occur. This will show how well you "think on your feet," that you're responsible and that you won't fall to pieces when an error is found. ~ T

It dependes on what kind of questions you get asked. You should make sure you look at the job advert before the interview to make sure you can work out what the employer will be looking for in terms of skills and competencies. In preparation for the interview you should:

• work out examples of where you have shown the skills and competencies they are looking for
• make sure you practice your answers
• rehearse being able to run through your CV in 4 minutes
