How do you answer when be asked 'what are your personality' in an interview?
Focused approach to work, Hardworking, Excellent interpersonal skills,Team oriented, and Punctual.
There are many questions you may be asked at a job interview. Most will be concerned with your ability to carry out the tasks you will be assigned and your qualifications and experience. Others will be of a more personal nature to ascertain your personality and ability to work with the existing team.
Always excepting technical ones, questions in an interview seldom have a single right or wrong answer. If you are starting out in the field you would not be expected to know the advanced technical answers, nor would you be asked them. Other questions would be to explore your personality and character. Only you can answer those.
The interviewer agrees with your thoughts. You are asked to explain in detail your point of view. Interviewer talks about similar situations/things you explained. You are asked when can be your start date. You are asked the list of references. There is another interview with higher management in the company. Good luck.
