Er, well I'm a girl, so I think I can help =) Just be yourself, and just relax. For starters, you may want to get to know her first. It may get akward on a date when you know nothing about her whatsoever! So then just ask if she wants to join you and some friends to the movies (or somewhere else), and tell her that she can bring some of her friends, too. Eventually, ask her out to somewhere just the two of you, after you sort of 'broke the ice'. If she says no, then it's no big deal. You's can still hang out with friends. Trust me, it won't be the end of the world, I should know =) I hope that helps!
