Pop off the Jeep logo on thecenter of the steering wheel and there should be three screws with a peice of pastic facing upwards (c shape).Make sure those 3 screws are NOT screwed down tight. They have to be loss or the horn will stay on all the time, just like if you were pressing on the steering wheel. you should be able to press down on the metal looking dish with the 3 screws and it should move and hear a pop of snaping sound.
