All you have to do is pick one of the girl "skins" then your a girl. A "skin" is just the digital clothes that the charactor is wearing, minecraft will let you change your looks whenever you want.
If you search online for ""girl minecraft skins"" you will have thousands of skins to pick from. After you download the skin, put it on your desktop so you can find it easily, log into your account on minecraft.net , enter your profile and there is an option to upload it to their servers and the next time you play Minecraft you will look like the skin you downloaded.
Click the Choose File button then find the skin file you downloaded, when you do don't forget to hit the Upload button then it will send the file to their servers.
You might also try searching in YouTube and they will show you how in the videos.
