Use the best set up. His Pokemon are in the 70's so you will need up to level 80 pokemon. Most likely, you will need a fire type, and a dragon type. Reshiram, at least level 72, is your best bet. Have it learn fusion flare, and dragon pulse, or another powerful dragon type move. Also, you will need a water type. Any fast (very fast) water type will do. Again, Basculin is your best bet. Teach it waterfall and take out Alder's trump, Volcarona. Has to be around level 74. Have a sawk handy. You will need it to take out his bouffalant. Sawk should be 69-75. Yuor pokemon should have good items to hold. Good luck !
