you can easily kill most of the electric Pokemon using ground type moves like earthquake, magnitude and mud bomb but if your dealing with a electric flying Pokemon like zapdos i should use rock moves like stone edge or rock blast also all ground Pokemon are immune to electric moves doesn't matter if your a water/ground Pokemon they're also immune to electric moves

∙ 11y agoyou know how they say "fight fire with fire"? well, you could try using a flying type on the flying type. if you use an electric flying type, you may be able to take the flying type down. but it also depends what Pokemon you have and what Pokemon you are battling against. ha ha, i guess I'm not being much help, am i? ha ha sorry.
