First beat a Sellbot and Cashbot. Then log out of your account. It will say "You now have access to Cogtown." (i copied and pasted this.)
There are (4) ways to earn your cogsuit in Toontown. All of which require defeating the big boss in battle.
In order to defeat the bosses you need to earn your cogsuit. There are 4 boss playgrounds with 4 themes of boss miñons all about.
Sellbots
Cashbots
Lawbots
Bossbots
After you've earned suit parts by completing tasks and engaging in various smaller battles to earn your cogsuit, you are then able to battle it out with the BIG bosses.
