They aren't.

When you pray, just believe that what you want, Jesus will give to you in due time if it is His will. Talk to Him like you would an earthly friend, and your answers will be coming much sooner than you may be used to. Jesus will always answer you, somehow. Like His parable about the corrupt judge and the old widow. Your Father in Heaven loves you more than anything, and if that mean old judge was willing to give that poor widow mercy, surely God would do the same for you, much quicker than how long it took the stingy judge to answer the widow. Have faith my friend, and hope to see you in heaven!

Every person is a sinner (Romans 3:23), except Christ Jesus (1 Peter 2:22). God answered the prayers of the apostles, disciples, and prophets, all of which are sinners. Therefore, yes, God may answer the prayer of a sinner.

I can pray that it gets answered....Other than that nothing....God answers prayers in his own way and in his own time....it is up to you to determine and accept the way in which he answers it...Just because an answer come doesn't mean that it will be the answer that we wanted.

God gives us strength to face our trials, wisdom to make good decisions, and peace when we know we have done our best . He wants us to communicate with him. His Word encourages us: “Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with Thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6, 7) Prayer strengthens our relationship with God. He will help us.

God always hears our prayer and yes he answers all our prayers. But may not answer all our prayers the way how we want it to be because God has his own of answering our needs or our prayers.
