My friend DOES NOT HAVE ME BLOCKED but evidently VERIZON DOES. i GET a woman (I'm calling a man who has HIS voice on his answering machine. This woman repeats HIS number and says leave a message. BY EMAIL, he does not have a woman answering his phone.
I am frustrated and very, VERY ANGRY. The *82 DOES NOT WORK, nor does the *63.

- Try calling customer service on the company of your phone
- If it came with a manual, read through it
