Any good bra stores should sell strapless Bras.
Though they may look like usual/normal bras, you will find that they have little hooks at the front and the back to take them off, which is good, you can have a strapless and the straps to go with it if you want a normal bra.
If you can't find any strapless upfront while you're looking for one, ask the person in the store, they should bring you to the right section.
