No, it's a game sadly ;-). But the graphics are quite good (The graphics for Burnout Paradise are better however) and it contains a lot of good cars such as BMW M3, Lotus Elise, Nissan 240SX, Bugatti Veyron and McLaren F1. And if you mean with real if it really came out, yes it did.

Well, it's really just a matter of opinion but i would recommend need for speed carbon. I think Most Wanted is better because you can collect more pink slips in the game from bosses (blacklist), the cars that the bosses have look better, the game is longer, and the 15 bosses on the blacklist are awesome and more challenging.
