This quest is only available once all others have been completed. Go to Ollies mum to start the quest.
First beat the game
Second clear all quests to unlock a new quest
Third play the quest to find Celebi

∙ 15y agoyou catch Misdreavus at Chroma Ruins. you have a quist that's from a explorer. he say's a misdreavus is bothering him. To catch it, go out of the room after it first scares you. Go back in. Just as Misdreavus teleports, look back and you'll have to battle it.
