Articuno is on route 20 which is seafoam islands to get there you have to use surf. First use surf behind pallet town then you will be on cinnabar island then use surf again and keep going east which is in the right direction then you will see a island and go depp in there and you will find Articuno. I recommend being about level 45 and carry 7 ultra balls when you go to the small island. You should lower it's health and then put it to sleep using sleep pwoder or hypnosis or some other sleep move and throw an ultra ball. I did that and caught it right away.

∙ 13y agoArticuno is in a cave near Cinnabar Islands. From Fuchsia's City Pokémon center go south and use the HM 03 SURF. Then turn left and you arrive at the Cinnabar Islands. Get in the cave and move the boulders in the black holes (you need HM for strength).Save your game before you talk to Articuno because you will only have one chance to catch it.

∙ 12y agoArceus does not appear in Pokemon FireRed. Arceus is part of the 4th generation of Pokemon, which include the games Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum versions. Though, Arceus can only be found by hacking, even in the 4th generation game, Arceus doesn't even exist in any generation of Pokemon below the 4th generation (which includes Pokemon FireRed).
You Can Catch Him in The Japanese Version But You Can Only Do It on The Computer With Hacking Tools
