go to eterna city, go down to the bike ride place, then use cut right when you finish it, (i recommend to use a repel) and wher you go to the cave entrance instead of going straight go left and then up and when you hit the wall go right one and go up and if that that doesnt work go right up again and so on(it is a secret entrance.) and after all that you get in the secret entrance (you find a lot of stuff in there, including TM earthquake and of course, Gible.) hope i helped

∙ 10y agoyou cannot obtain a gible in soulsilver you have to trade from pearl diamond or platinum The person above is clearly retarded and doesn't know anything about heartgold and soulsilver to catch a gible in hgss you have put items(like rocks or plants) in the safari zone wait like about some days (you have to leave the items for the whole time period) come back and try find it. (I caught my gible that way and I have Pokemon soulsilver no need for trading) if you want more information go to Pokemon.marriland.com that website shows you everything about hgss
They're rare, in the safari zone, you should use bulbapedia to get Pokemon info

Or trade from Pearl/Diamond/Platinum, if you have them, which is probably easier.
