WRONG! to get another piplup all you have to do is get a boy or girl empoleion and a ditto put them in the day care and then it should take a while( don't get all freaked out trust me i'v already have 10 piplups so it take a while) just keep walking around and then voil you'll have a piplup egg. no doubt about it.
