On my 79 the fuel filter sits in the front of the carb, where the fuel line comes in. It looks like part of the carb but you have to unscrew the fuel line and the filter will be inside the end of the carb or the tube depending on which side it sticks to. This is all assuming you still have the quadra-jet carb on the car of course.
Roughly 4.5 quarts with a filter change.
filter is located under car behind rear seat drivers side, by the axle
simple..... drain oil from drain pan and change filter a small plug on the pan is what your looking for
This may have to do with the fuel filter that resides inside of the fuel tank.My mother had a 1995 Camaro with the exact same problem. You need to drop the fuel tank and change the clogged filter
if it is a Pontiac engine it will take 5 quarts, 6 quarts with a filter change.

usually a fuel filter is inline along the frame twords the fuel tank.......
On Drivers side. Toward the rear of the vehicle.
on the main gas line that goes to the injectors.
Drop transmission oil pan- filter is held on by 2 short bolts - make sure you replace the "O" ring in the filter Clean pan Replace pan gasket
It's under the car in the middle in front of the fuel tank
In the fuel tank, integral to fuel pump.
