You need to find another Toyota with a similar suspension and rear discs. Use most of their parts that hold on the hub/disc/caliper (not sure specify for Toyotas) *Most people don't replace the metering valve which is a MUST. Replace it with one from the donor vehicle (or similar) otherwise your rear brakes will apply before the front.
