It should be the same as my 94 2WD. If you take the calipers off the rotors should slide off easily. To remove the calipers you need to remove the two retaining pins (one on top and one on the bottom) using a hammer and pushing tool of some sort, (I typically use a large screwdriver). Carefully tap out the pins, they are held in place with a rubber wedge. Once the pins are removed the caliper should lift off rather easily. Once the caliper is off the rotor will be loose and will come off. Hope this helps.

Pull the tires off and take the brake calipers off and the rotors will pull off.

Remove the tire and wheel from your 1994 Chevy. Remove the brake assembly. Tap on the rotors with a hammer or mallet. The rotors will slide off. Reverse the process to install the new rotors.
