First you have to remove the black covering on the top of the inside part of the trunk. There are "clips that you pull out on the front part of the trunk material. Then pull the sensor down. It will unclip. Then you have to turn the bulb holder to release it. Replace the bulb and put everything back.
There are plastic bulb covers on either side of the license plate. Unscrew the screws and take the covers off. From there you can insert new bulbs.

This is a spacial Toyota bulb. There is an aftermarket bulb available but it wont fit correct, and falls out of the sockets. Buy the Toyota bulbs, make sure the dealer sells you the Toyota bulbs, they tried to sell me the ones that fell out and quit working. It took a couple weeks to get them.
Change brake light bulbs Just remove the rear license plate. You can change the backup lights and brake light easily.
They are located inside the trunk lid, underneath the felt lining. You need to unsnap and pull back the felt lining to access the bulbs for the license plate light.
Since you didn't include year in your question, I'll have to answer in general. It will vary depending on if you have HID or Halogen low-beam headlights (high beams are halogen on both versions).
