How do you change out the bulb for a 2001 Toyota Rav 4 left Turning Indicator and where can one find the replacement bulb?

if this is the one on the bumper, you can access it from the bottom of the bumper. turn it as if you are loosening it. it should come out. if this is the one inside the cluster panel, remove the cluster and see which bulb it is. you should find this bulb at a parts store or a Toyota dealership.

Like an automatic indicator? If that's what you mean, you already have one in your car. The indicator will turn off when you have finished turning. It shouldn't take much to change it so it activates when you start turning. However such a device would not be practical (or safe) for use on the roads, as it would not give enough prior warning to other drivers.
