pull driverside panel adjacent to door. it is plastic and triangular.similar to fuse panel on opposite side. held with 3 spring clips. you will see an opening. use flashlight to locate rectangular block shaped flasher. one flasher controls both signal and hazzard lights. slide block assembly toward you to remove. separate flasher from wire connector. replace flasher. test next. if okay slide assembly back onto its lock.

No they are not. The hazard flasher should be located in the fuse panal. While the turn signal flasher is located behind the dash near the AC controls. Can be a pain to find and replace.
