You will have to remove the Intake Plenum and disconnect all sensors and vaccuum lines. I did this not too long ago and 3 of the plugs are under it at the back so there's no way to avoid it. Make sure you get a plenum gasket beofre you start because you will need a new one.

This is an understandable question. The quick answer is, unless you own a repair shop, let the dealership do it. The V6 must have two of the engine mounts disconnected and the motor tilted to change 3 out of of the 6 plugs. Also, insist on platinum plugs or better, and bring your wallet.
