The "official" way is to take out the back seat.... I have a 1995 Skylark and went into the trunk with a pair of pliers and twisted the screws upwards and removed the speakers that way. I put the new ones in with #10 screws and lockwashers. It takes a little maneuvering to get all the screws in the holes all at once but if I can do it you can. Then just tighten-up the nuts and lockwashers, hook it up and it works. In any event, it beats taking out the back seat.... (Who designs these things??)

Do you mean "change THE transmission" or "Change the transmission FLUID"? Big difference there....
If you mean the engine, yes. The actual car, no.

It is possible that the fuel line in the 1997 Buick Skylark is bad. Getting a tune-up or changing the fuel filter may resolve this problem.
No!
