At least on a 2003 Venture, there is a door in the back of your glove box that opens where the air filter is at to change.

The throttle position sensor on a 1997 Chevy Venture is located next to the air intake hose on the Electronic Fuel Injector (carburetor). Follow the air intake hose from the air filter to the EFI (carburetor) and it will be on the right hand side where the air intake hose connects to the carburetor.

The air cabin filter is located in the back of the glove compartment. Open the black plastic door and then the air cabin filter compartment, pull it out and clean or replace. It make all the difference in the world!
A 2000 Chevy Cavalier does not have a cabin air filter. These standard vehicles came with an engine air filter located under the hood of the vehicle, in the air box.
