There are replacement hinges for that vehicle but it is quite a job. The original hinges are welded in to the door and pillar. The upper pillar side hinge requires removing the dash assembly. The replacement hinges I bought from the dealer came with instructions as to where to drill.
The fuse box is located in the engine compartment on the drivers' side. It is directly behind the upper strut mount and to the left of the hood hinge at the base of the windshield.
Very difficult job. All of the hinges are welded in that's one problem. To correctly replace the drivers side upper half, the dash assembly needs to be removed to gain access to the back side of the "A" pillar. I would suggest purchasing a shop manual if you intend on doing that job yourself.
It got its name because it acts as a hinge, only opening and closing a certain distance. Your elbow is a hinge joint. Think of your elbow as a hinge on a door in your house. The door is your forearm and the door frame is your upper arm/body.

BIG JOB! The welds have to be drilled out to remove the original hinges. The door side hinge half can be installed thru the inside of the door by removing the door panel. The post side hinge halfs are very difficult. The entire dash assembly needs to be removed to gain access to the upper hinge half.

These two form a hinge for your upper arm. Those are the scientific names for the shoulder and collar bones respectively
On the upper front windshield
This is the most difficult hinge to replace on that vehicle. The original hinge is welded in place. The replacement hinge bolts in. In order to gain access to the back side of the hinge that is welded to the cab the entire dash assembly needs to be removed. Many times the original hinge can be rebuilt in place with pin and bushing kits and a little welding and drilling of the holes if they are damaged/oblonged. You will need a special tool to r&r the door hinge spring. This tool is available from your local auto parts store for less than $20.
replace the upper control arm and take it to aligment shop it will be the right process
