How do you change the front and rear sway bars on a 95 windstar lx?

to do the frt one's put a jack under the sub frame and then undo the sway bar links remove the two rear sub frame bolts and let the jack down slowly you may have to unhook the exhaust at the flex pipe remove the four bolts from the sway bar bushings and the bar should come out.

For the 1999 and up Windstars/Freestar/Montery models, there is only one washer fluid reservoir that pumps to both the front and rear windows. As far as I know both the front and rear washers are supplied by the front (only) reservoir (located under the hood on the passenger side)

Yes , shock absorbers front and rear. 4X4 models or models with the 4X4 suspension (but aren't real 4X4 models) will have rear shocks only and then have torsion bars in the front.
