Move steering wheel down as far as possible, set brake, block wheels, and put shift lever into low. Carefully remove dash cover. It pries off in several places, including the corners. Work carefully to not break anything. Remove the electrical connectors for the lights, rear window wiper/washer, rear window release, and any other electrical connectors that are present. Remove the four screws that hold the instrument cluster in place. There are two on each side and easy to reach. Carefully remove the cluster. You can then place the cluster on a workbench and remove gauges and lights as needed. Reverse the above steps to reassemble, making certain the electrical connectors are correctly replaced and the wires are tucked away.
