How do you change the fuel pump on a 1995 Mitsubishi eclipse gsx. Also I read on a website that I need to replace a fuel strainer and filter as well. Is this True what additional parts do I need?

You need to remove the gas tank to replace the fuel pump. The tank contains the pump. It is A good idea to replace the strainer and filter when replacing the pump, They are both actually just filters and you cannot get the fuel too clean, but it can be too dirty.
