The thermostat is located on a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero in the thermostat housing. The thermostat housing is located on the rear side of the engine block.

Just pull the old one out and push the new one in.
Take the old one out and put the new one in. You will have to remove the rubber snorkel from filter to intake plenum in order to get at the filter.
To change the antifreeze on a 2003 Alero once the car cools remove that radiator pressure cap. Pour in a gallon of pre mixed coolant.
On a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, the fog light fuse is located inside the dashboard fuse box on the right. The fog light fuse is a ten amp fuse.
according to my gm dealer it does not. The passlock system is in the ignition cylinder
