The fuel pump is located on the top of the fuel tank. All you have to do is drop the fuel tank and remove the fuel pump and replace. I replaced mine at home in a little over an hour. A word of caution though, make sure there is very little fuel in the tank or it will be very difficult to handle. You have to drop the fuel tank and the pump is located on the top of the tank.
