There's actually a section on how to do this in the manual, so you can refer to that for step-by-step directions. I have replaced headlights myself for other cars before, but the way to do it for the 2003 Accord is strange:
- You first have to turn the steering wheel depending on which light you're replacing (all the way left for passenger; right for driver) - Next, you remove the two bolts holding the inner rim in place - Then, pry the inner rim so you can put your arm in and somehow reach far enough to turn it (I have long arms and wasn't able to)
It's probably better to just pay the $20 or whatever to have a repair shop do it.
