take out 3 screws on the bottom of the steering coullum then the bolt on either side of the coullum that holds it up after it drops down the switch is right there easy to get to

If I remember correctly, the 96 I used to have had the headlight switch at the end of the turn signal lever, and the 95 should have the same setup.

You more than likely need to replace the headlight switch. Lights not going out when turned off is a symptom of a bad headlight switch.

On a 92-96 Ford F series it is located to the right of the headlight switch, too the left of the instrument cluster.

there is a cover that pops off from around the whole driver side of the dash its a bit of a pain. then the switch just has a couple screws and a connector

On my 96 Cherokee Country there is a button on the underside of the switch that releases the knob and shaft and the shaft just pushes back in until it catches.

I'm not for sure if it's the same as a 96 aspire, but in the 96 all you have to do unscrew the screws that are located on the outer edge of the panel. Then remove the cover on the mirrior inside the car.

The ignition switch is on the steering column about 12 inches from the floor. Remove the 2 screws that hold it on.

Go to your local auto parts store and get you a Chilton manual for Ford Pickups and Bronco 1987-96. They have a diagram for that.

I know that they have R15 in the size I don't know the rest original tires are 165/70 R13 for the 96 and 97 aspire

OK, this is most likely the DLR (daytime running light module) it is located under the fuse/relay box or tipm as it is called. Best of luck

The 96 Neon sohc does not have a pump reset switch. Some vehicles do have a reset switch for safety in an accident.
