+I know you have to start by taking the black covers off under the dash. And you should look under the hood to see where the heater hoses go into the fire wall. that is where the heater core is located under the dash!
When you start taking the black covers off under the dash, keep removing parts tword the core location. It will be located in an air duct sence air has to blow through it in order to blow out onto the vehicle. I have never done one on 1998 blazer but i am getting ready to do one on my 1998 GMC Sanoma. This method has always worked in the past on other vehicles.
