Yes you did..It is not a good idea but if you like same difference look.Go to start>run>type regedit click ok in reg editor go Open Regedit by going to START - RUN and type Regedit and hit enter. Then you should navigate to following entry in registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\

Desktop\NameSpace\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} modify value data recycle bin to as you like.

You can change the name of your Windows 7 recycle bin by right-clicking on it and clicking on rename. I think the answer above this one is for older operating systems.

you can either click and drag to your desktop (home scree) and from there drag it to your recycle bin. or right click the file and click move to recycle bin
