The filter is located on the backside of the engine on the passenger side. You need to get the car up off the ground as there is limited access to it. I don't even mess with it. I take the car to an oil change place. Last time, it took them about 15 minutes to get the danged thing off because the previous oil change mechanic had tightened it way too much.

Yes you will get some loss but not a great deal. But why you would want to is beyond me. If the filter is at the end of it's life or you are doing the change for filter failure or upgrade, it makes sound sense to change the oil. Why kill an engine for the sake of twenty quid?
Follow the fuel lines forward to the engine from the fuel tank. Somewhere on the line you will find the fuel filter.
Unknow for 07, however 05 and 06 use 6 qts with oil filter change

Use SAE 5w30 any major brand of 100% Synthetic oil. It takes 7.9 quarts with filter change.
A 2005 Accord with a V6 in it needs 4.5 quarts of oil with oil/filter change. You should also be using SAE 5W-20 oil.
