If this is the gasket I think it is, it is between the engine block and the oil filter, and has the lower radiator hose attached to it. First remove the air deflector from the underside of the vehicle, and remove the left front tire (unless you are fortunate enough to be working under a lift). You will need to drain the oil and some of the coolant unless you enjoy taking Prestone showers. Remove the oil filter, the adapter is attached to the block with four bolts. Remove those bolts, the gasket comes off with the adapter. Line up the new gasket, install, tighten the bolts, install new oil filter, refill the oil and coolant, reattach anything else you removed, and if you are lucky, you've fixed your leak.
If you have to ask then it would probably be better to take it to a business that knows how.
