There's one drain plug and cover on the side of the motor that has (or should have) a screen inside. Drain the oil, clean the screen. Be sure to change the oil filter. Be sure to change the oil before putting the bike away for the winter or for long term storage as the chemicals created in the oil for use become corrosive.
