Hi, I just did that and you open the rear hatch and undo the screws that the hatch door when closed hides, after you undo these you will notice the light assembly is loose and you just pull and then pull some more, I thought something else had to be holding in it but its just a little plastic knob that fits into a gromet, and its tight, pull hard and striaght out towards the back,, it will come out, Dale M

ok I figured it out. one star screw on top and one on the bottom. The top is easy to get at but the bottom I used a Allen wrench. worked good
