1. Go on the home screen
2. Right click on it (not on any of the icons)
3. Select "Properties"
4. At the top, click on "Desktop"
5. There will be a little image of a computer with the desktop you have now. Under it, there will be choices under backgrounds.
6. Click on the different ones and choose what you like.
(This might not work for some computers)

- Right click anywhere on the desktop and click properties.
- Click the Wallpapers tab.
- Click browse and locate a .jpg or .bmp file to use as your wallpaper.
For Windows Vista and above:
- Right click anywhere on the desktop area and then choose Personalize.
- Click Desktop Background
- Use the browse button to find a .jpg or .bmp file to use as your wallpaper or select one of the wallpapers already on your computer.
