If they are in the trunk deck, remove the screws from the inside truck deck carpet and pull the carpet/padding and the remaining clips will pop out. The lights are encased in a white plastic. Simply push the tab in and pull the plastic housing out. And there are the 2 bulbs. The one with 2 filaments are the brak bulbs. Good Luck.
The brake lights are accessed through the rear hatch. Find the panel on the rear sides of the car. Pop out the panel and access the brake lights. Replace the bulbs.
