I have a 99 Caravan and the rear brakes are entirely conventional drums. Purchase a Haines repair manual from a parts store and review the procedure before beginning. It is quite easy to perform, but do only one side at a time so you can refer to the assembled side if needed. Have you ever done drum brakes before? Or is this a first time? If it's a first time, I would suggest you watch and learn. If you've done drums before, there is nothing remarkable about the caravan.
