you have to losen your motor mounts then put it in neutral then you have to pull the engine forward not hard to do your selfAnswerget the right tools! or smaller arms. I have never had to loosen any motor mounts on my car to do it. I have a 2000 GP SE 3.1 and have changed mine many times. the farthest toward the pass. side in back is tricky but if you get a stubby ratchet extension(1 inch) you can do it. just be patient and wear long sleeves because there's tons of stuff back there to slice your arms

on top of the engine there is a cover sheild. remove the cover by the four bolt. the plug boots will come with it, the spark plugs are down in the holes.

on the top of the engine there is a plate that is held down with four bolts take off those 4 bolts and you will see that the boots are connected to the plate and the plugs are under there
Disconnect the battery, remove the spark plug cables and the boots and remove the spark plugs. Put in the new spark plugs, replace the cables and boots, and then connect the battery.
You have to jack the car up and chang them from underneth.
